Our current TAT (turn around time) for ready to ship items is 1-3 business days.
TAT for made to order items (fabric on hand) is 28 business days.
Preorders/customs (need to order fabric) add 2-3 weeks to TAT.
Bamboo clothing adds an additonal 1-2 weeks to TAT.
Some items have a set TAT so please read each description for preorder items TAT
information.
Fabric is ordered every Sunday evening. If you place a preorder on Monday then your fabric will be ordered the following Sunday. Fabric takes 5-8 business days to ship to myself. TAT does not begin for preorders UNTIL fabric is delivered to myself.
TAT of 28 business days begins once fabric arrives.
TAT DOES NOT INCLUDE HOLIDAYS, WEEKENDS, OR SHIPPING TIMES.
Once an order is placed the order status will begin to change. Once an order is placed it will be in "awaiting fullfilment ".
The status will move to "awaiting shipment" when fabric arrives and thus begins the 28 business day tat. The last order status is shipped. This means that your order has been completed and a shipping label has been created. Orders will ship next business day after the "shipped" email notification has been sent.
Rush is an option if you need an item for a birthday or event, be sure to email us prior to placing your order.
Do not purchase ready to ship and preorder items together UNLESS you're okay with ready to ship items shipping with preorder items. No refunds will be given.
